ssDNA for DNA Origami
GXstrands specializes in producing long single-stranded scaffold DNA, enabling the precise folding of DNA origami structures tailored to your specific needs.
Computationally designed single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) self-assembles into programmable nanoscale structures. These structures are stable, non-toxic, non-immunogenic, and non-inflammatory. The DNA sequences used to construct them are fully customizable, allowing for the incorporation of non-coding elements and user-defined genetic features. Additionally, these structures are chemically addressable, enabling the covalent attachment of other molecules to selected DNA strands.
GXstrands provides scaffold DNA that seamlessly integrates into any DNA origami project, offering precise control over structure and function.
